17-Story Condominium Relining in Florida, USA

In a luxury 17-story residential building in Florida, extensive pipe damage due to porous copper presented a serious challenge. Traditional renovation methods were not an option, as they would have required tearing out finishes in high-end condos. 

Instead, the building chose to partner with Pipe Lining Technologies, who completed the entire project using Repiper’s Step by Step system and materials. A total of 28 vertical stacks (3–4 inch) and apartment branches as small as 1.5 inch were relined. 

Thanks to the non-invasive nature of our solution, the building avoided demolition, reduced costs significantly, and extended the system’s life span by decades – all while residents remained undisturbed.
