REPIPER’S LINER PRODUCT OFFERING

Repiper’s high-quality liners curve, stretch and accommodate small-diameter pipe restoration in straight lines, bends and pipes that change in diameter. They can be pulled and rolled into place and are easily saturated with our epoxy resin. Using our patented insertion tools, you can create seamless connections between vertical and horizontal pipe lining without creating any lips against the flow of water.

Depending on the pipe dimensions, configuration and installation requirements, Repiper liners can be used as a cured in place sewer pipe liner for restoring damaged pipes from within the existing system.

Repiper S Liner

Non-transitional 5 mm liner. It can be shot with or without a calibration tube.

Repiper S Liner is easy to insert and steam without a calibration tube and comes with either a backshooter or a glue end cap. When installed with the Repiper StepByStep method, it allows you to make great turns where the dimples from tie-ins are visible, but not overstretched to where reinstating is challenging. Stretch control is more consistent than a transitional liner but more versatile and easier to use than Scrim. The Repiper S Liner is the go-to for making sectional repairs with our packers.

Repiper FlexMax

Transitional 4.5 mm liner, can be used for non-transitional installs. It can be shot with or without a calibration tube.

Repiper FlexMax creates a beautiful saturated finish and is easy to install. However, stretch control is more difficult than with the Repiper S liner. But by using the Repiper Preliner, you can avoid overstretching into tie-ins in the no-transitional part of an install. Especially if you have a reinstatement robot, it can be tricky to reinstate if the liner is stretched too much into the tie-in.

Repiper FlexMax 3D

Transitional 3.5 mm liner, can be used for non-transitional installs.

Repiper FlexMax 3D is the thinnest liner in our offering. It allows you to access and reline even the smallest pipe system, providing a seamless and tight-fitting lining.
