OVERVIEW

High-quality epoxy for any relining project

Repiper’s high-quality, two-part EX epoxy comes portioned in metal cans and is a breeze to work with, unmatched in structural and adhesive properties – available in three curing speeds. If you are unsure of what epoxy to choose for your project and/or climate, always consult with your Repiper representative.

Repiper EX1-2 – Normal

A fast-reacting epoxy designed for tight schedules and colder environments. EX1-2 kicks off curing even at 5 °C, making it ideal for early morning starts or cooler climates. It sets quickly and builds strong mechanical properties, ideal for pull-in-place and inversion lining where time matters.

Key Specs:

  • Curing starts from 5 °C (41 °F) without heat
  • Warm curing: ~100 min at 50 °C (122 °F)
  • Pot life in liner at 20 °C: ~50 min

Repiper EX2-2 – Slow

EX2-2 gives you a steady, predictable window for liner impregnation and installation. It handles well in moderate temperatures and has good tolerance to humid surfaces. Use it when you need more time without sacrificing mechanical performance.

Key Specs:

  • Curing starts from 7 °C (44.6 °F) without heat
  • Warm curing: ~180 min at 50 °C (122 °F)
  • Pot life in liner at 20 °C: ~2–2.5 h

Repiper EX4-2 – Very Slow

Built for large jobs and hot environments, EX4-2 offers a long pot life and stable handling even at higher ambient temperatures. This makes it perfect for complex relining work where timing and flow matter more than speed.

Key Specs:

  • Curing starts from 10 °C (50 °F) without heat
  • Warm curing: ~3 h at 50 °C (122 °F)
  • Pot life in liner at 20 °C: ~4 h
