High-quality epoxy for any relining project

Repiper’s high-quality, two-part EX epoxy is supplied in pre-portioned metal containers and is easy to prepare and use. It offers strong structural and adhesive properties for reliable epoxy lining installations.

The epoxy is available in three curing speeds, allowing the appropriate option to be selected based on the project size, ambient temperature, installation method and required working time.

Repiper epoxy is designed to evenly saturate compatible felt liners before installation. Once the CIPP epoxy liner has been positioned and cured, the resin forms a strong, continuous and corrosion-resistant lining inside the existing pipe.

When selecting an epoxy type for a project or climate, always review the technical data and consult your Repiper representative when additional guidance is required.

Repiper EX1-2 – Normal

A fast-reacting epoxy designed for tight schedules and colder environments. EX1-2 kicks off curing even at 5 °C, making it ideal for early morning starts or cooler climates. It sets quickly and builds strong mechanical properties, ideal for pull-in-place and inversion lining where time matters.

Repiper EX2-2 – Slow

EX2-2 gives you a steady, predictable window for liner impregnation and installation. It handles well in moderate temperatures and has good tolerance to humid surfaces. Use it when you need more time without sacrificing mechanical performance.

Repiper EX4-2 – Very Slow

A CIPP epoxy liner is a flexible liner saturated with two-part epoxy resin before installation. It is positioned inside the existing pipe and cured to form a durable new internal pipe surface.
